All submissions must be done electronically through the
conference submission web site
https://ras.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl
This submission site will be
open during the period from January 1, 2005 to March 8, 2005. When
you submit your papers, you will be asked to select up to three keywords. Based
on your choice of keywords, your paper will be assigned to one of the 10
tracks for the conference. Therefore, it is very important to choose
your keyword/phrase very carefully, particularly the first keyword (i.e. keyword
that is selected as the first keyword). The first keyword is given the most
weight in assigning the paper to appropriate track; the
second and third keywords are given considerably lesser weight.
All papers submitted to the AIM2005 for both review and publication after
acceptance must be formatted in the standard 2-column Proceedings format and converted to PDF for uploading. An Author's Kit with
instructions, tips, MS-Word templates, and LaTeX style files are available at
the link below. Do not use IEEE transactions style files or templates as they
will lead to margin errors for the conference.

IEEE requires that all papers submitted to the conferences must meet
their new PDF compliance requirements. These requirements are available at
http://ras.papercept.net/conferences/support/general.php
Useful tips to create compliant files on various
platforms are available at:
http://ras.papercept.net/conferences/support/pdftips.php
Note that papers not meeting compliance criteria will not be accepted by the
system. The paper size will be in Letter for IEEE compliance and handling. A4
paper will not be accepted by the paper submission system.
Initial Submissions:
Regular and invited papers submitted for review are limited to 8
pages. Paper exceeding these page limits
will automatically be rejected by the system.
Final Submissions:
Accepted regular and invited papers are limited to 6 pages. Each additional page over the above limits incurs a page
overlength fee of $150 per page. No paper may exceed a maximum of 2 over-length pages, i.e., in no
case can a regular or invited paper exceed 8 pages. Over-length papers will NOT be
published in the Proceedings unless the over-length charges are paid.
Page over-length fees are paid using the on-line system at
http://ras.papercept.net/
The
registration will be available at the time of final submissions and link for
registration and over length page charge payment will appear on the paper
submission page. In submitting a paper to AIM2005, at least one author must commit to attend the
conference to present the paper and will comply with conference registration
policy. One regular registration fee at the advance registration rates
must be paid by one of the authors before uploading the final version of the
paper for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
